BenefitsThese short courses will help you understand the responsibilities of safe food handling in a food business.Training is delivered by an experienced trainer and director of Serve-Safe Food Hygiene Training Services Pty. Ltd. This training will help your business to comply with the requirement to ensure that all food handlers have skills and knowledge in food safety and food hygiene. Management can have confidence that their staff are professionally trained. Staff receive the course notes, food safety pamphlets, a Certificate of Attendance and other useful information. Management can claim a tax deduction for the training of employees. Training can assist in a defence to ensure that all reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure that food is safe and suitable.
